Having a consistent numbering scheme for the extensions created within a customer domain allows for easier turn-up and easier reference points when troubleshooting

Please use 3, 4 and 5 digit extensions. 2 digit extensions will cause setup issues.

NOTE: Extensions should not begin with the number 0.
