How do I log in to Clear Clouds Web Phone?

Use your computer as your corporate phone using Clear Clouds web phone.

Please ensure that you have a headset or audio device connected to your computer.  Web phone may not work if your computer audio does not have a supported audio set.

What do I need?

  • Chrome Browser ( Supported ONLY )
  • Portal access
  • Portal Login Name / Password 

Login to web phone

1.  Go to https://hosted.clearclouds.ca/webphone/login and enter your login name and password and click login

2.  If this is your first time login, you will be asked to allow the app to access your microphone.   Click accept button and hit next.

3.  Once you have gone through the wizard, ensure that your phone is registered which will show a green button as shown below.

If your phone is showing unregistered as shown below.   This could mean that you do not have a headset or audio devices connected to your computer.
