To recover your lost or forgotten password.
Go to Manager Portal Login page
Click on Forgot Password and type your Login Name where this could be your email address and click Send. To recover login name click on Forgot Login Name.
Check your email and you should have received one from your Company's Email address similar as show below
Click on Reset Password or Copy and Paste the link in the browser's address bar.
The link is valid for the first visit only. If you don't type a new password upon visiting the link, then you will have to start the process again.
