To recover your lost or forgotten password.
Go to https://hosted.clearclouds.ca and click Forgot Password
Type your Login Name where this could be your email address or extension@companyname and click Send.
** If you don't remember your login name, click on Forgot Login Name and enter your email address.
Check your email and you should have received one from your Company's Email address similar as show below
Click on Reset Password button or click the url.
The link is valid for the first visit only. If you don't type a new password upon visiting the link, then you will have to start the process again.
