Network Assessment Tools

It is important that QoS settings and ALG are configured properly on your Router and Network. Here are some info and tools that you can use to better help your admin ensure the best call quality.

1.  Ensure SIP ALG is turned off ( Please refer to Known router with issues )

2.  Download and run SIP ALG test tool on voice/data network

3.  Enable QoS Router and Switch Settings

4.  Ensure you have whitelisted Clear Clouds Network Info

5.  Run a speed test  ( password will be provided to you )
