Single-Sign On (SSO) Getting Started

Welcome to Clear Clouds Single Sign-on Getting Started Guide.

What is SSO ( Single Sign-On )

With SSO, users are now able to login to Clear Clouds Portal without the cumbersome of having to remember different user name and password that you already use to login with your email or company email.   You can now login in Clear Clouds Portal with Google or Office 365 account.  If you’re already logged in with either account, then you’re already authenticated with Clear Clouds Portal.  

First time login via SSO

  1. Using Chrome Browser, navigate to  (Manager Portal)
  2. The Clear Clouds login page will appear.  Click on Login with Google  login with Google account or Click on Login with Office 365 to login with Office 365 ( Microsoft ) A screenshot of a cell phone

  3. If you’re not already logged in with either office 365 or google in the browser, a similar window below will appear (ie: Microsof Office 365 ).  This is where you enter your office 365 or Google account to continue.  In this case it is Office 365.

  1. Once you’re authenticated, you will then be presented with authorization screen from either Microsoft or Google.  Hit Accept to continue.

  1. Once you are successfully authenticated via Office 365 or Google. You will now be presented to Login to Clear Clouds with your username and password or you will see a list of possible users if your email address is bound to different Clear Clouds account.  Select the one you’d like to Enroll with Office 365/Google account and enter your username and password and click Enroll.  ( You can repeat this process next time you login for multiple accounts )

  1. Once you’re logged in, you should now see your Manager Portal.  You can go to Top Menu -> Profile to verify that SSO is configured. ( Notice that you can also bind your office 365 / Google in the portal if you’re already logged in )
