What do I need?
- Clear Clouds Click-To-Call extension
- Portal username and password
- Hard Phone, Soft Phone, Web Phone or Manager Portal
How do I install the extension?
- Open your Google Chrome browser and navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-clouds-click-to-cal/jbjnkannnkbodiklcneobpnjfghdecbf or simply click on the link.
- Now click on "Add to Chrome" then click "Add to extension" if not already installed.
How do I login?
- While Chrome browser is open, on the right hand corner of the browser, click on the Clear Clouds logo which will open a window for you to login with your Portal Username and Password.
- Once you're logged in, click on the icon again and you should see a window similar window below which signifies that you're logged in.
Clear Clouds Click-to-Call is unique from other click-to-call browser plugins. It doesn't affect the performance of your browser or scan web pages to identify valid phone numbers like most of them do.
Using Click-To-Call for Web Phone users
- Login to Clear Clouds Soft Phone with your portal username and password.
- Find a valid phone number and highlight the phone number then right-click and click on Call from the dropdown.
- Your web phone should ring, answer the call and it will call the number you selected.
The same process will work with any devices that is assigned to you
